GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE PODO ARTISANAT
Formation of the contract the orders placed on the waiter engage the customer as of reception by our customer service of the order and its payment. Delivery :
Podo is committed putting all works about it in order to deliver the order within the shortest times, and this as of reception of the purchase order.
The delivery periods indicated on the purchase order are given only as an indication and the possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.
Any complaint for nonconformity or missing will have to be transmitted in the week which follows the date of reception of the order.
Podo Artisanat is released from its obligation of delivery for all fortuitous occurences or cause beyond control
As an indication, the all-out strikes or partial, the floods, the fires are cases of absolute necessity. The transfer of property of the delivered products or to deliver is suspended until the integral payment of the price by the customer and this without incidence on the transfer of the risks.
Price :
Podo Artisanat will be able to modify its tariffs constantly. The customer commits himself paying the selling price in force at the time of his seizure of the order. The payment of the order is payable in advance in a payment at the time of the sending in Podo Artisant of the purchase order, with the exception of the payment with reception of the invoice.
Right of retractation : Under the terms of the L121-16 article of the Code of consumption, the customer has a seven days deadline frank with to count delivery of its order to make return of the products to Podo Craft industry for exchange or refunding, without penalties except for the expenses of return.
Personal data protection :
All the data that you entrust it to us are in order to be able to treat your orders. Under the terms of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, you have near the customer service of Podo Artisanat a right of access, of consultation, modification, correction and suppression of the data that you communicated to us.
Litigations :
Any place order carries the adhesion of the customer, and this without any restriction, in the General Conditions of sale of Podo Artisanat. Any disagreement relating to sale (price, CGV, produced...) will be subjected to the French right in front of the commercial court of Rennes.
